Having booked a full day of rock-climbing and greatly underestimating how tiring it would be, I was completely exhausted by noon and found myself ready to eat. I stumbled across Lek’s Sushi, and was immediately blown away by the fruit infused maki rolls, as well as Lek the sushi-chef's friendly and peaceful demeanor. He sat right across from me as I enjoyed his lovely sushi dishes, and we talked about his history crafting sushi and traveling the world. I hope that this story brings more people to discover Lek’s restaurant, and inspires them to explore every hidden nook and cranny of this wide and beautiful world.
